Misleading blog earlier today as we actually arrived on the 5th but my phone isn't keeping up with me.
Went out in Bangkok tonight and stumbled across an important Thai tradition where millions of people gather to light yellow candles and simultaneously sign happy birthday to the King.
We were given candles and little paper holders and there is quite an art to keeping it alight without burning your fingers.
