Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me.......
Up in time for the sunrise this morning as I do get over excited when we stay so close to the sea. Also, today is also my birthday, but I have mentioned that already.
We decided to start the day with a run along the beach, and created the inaugural Tarifa Parkrun.
There were a few obstacles along the flat out and back course, so it probably should have been a slalom route around the fishing rods.
Daz ran it barefoot, which sounds romantic and exotic, but actually it is pretty cold at this time of the year and the morning.
He was the winner, so well done!

I did park run today but not in bare feet as they had to change the route because of black ice Happy Birthday 🎉 🎂 🍷
